Your program purchase comes with 8 weeks of access to the Real (Fearles) Health App, which provides your personalized nutrition and fitness plan, developed in concert with my own personal trainer. After you have completed the program (after 8 weeks), you will have the option to subscribe to the app, with a continued training package.

This is an 8-week program that is designed to be flexible and sustainable. You should allow 8 hrs/week for your new fitness regimen (approx one hour each day), and you should allow the same amount of time for the curriculum (about an hour each day).
